STRAP CARE & MAINTENANCE:

Our interchangeable straps are crafted from carefully selected fabrics and designed to last with proper care. Following the guidelines below helps maintain their shape, texture, and overall appearance.

Everyday Care

• Gently wipe straps with a slightly damp cloth to remove surface dust or light marks

• Spot cleaning is recommended for regular maintenance

Washing Instructions:

• If deeper cleaning is needed, straps may be hand washed or placed on a light, delicate wash cycle

• Use cold water and a mild detergent

• Wash straps separately or inside a mesh laundry bag to protect the fabric and hook-and-loop system

Drying Instructions:

•Do not place straps in the dryer

• Lay flat or hang to air dry only

• Allow straps to dry completely before reattaching to the sandal

Important Notes:

• Heat can compromise both the fabric and the hook-and-loop fastening system

• Avoid twisting or wringing straps, as this may affect their structure.

With simple care, your straps will remain beautiful, secure, and ready to be styled again and again.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unworn sandals for:

Return Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your sandals must be:
✓ Unworn – No signs of wear on soles, footbed, or straps
✓ Clean – In original condition
✓ Complete – All straps and original packaging included
✓ Within 30 days – From delivery date (not order date)

We cannot accept returns on: ∙ Worn sandals (even if only worn indoors)
∙ Sandals showing signs of use or damage
∙ Items returned after 30 days

STEP 3: Ship Your Return Package your sandals securely in the original NEWVEUX box (or similar protective packaging) and ship using the method provided.
STEP 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange.
