Domestic Shipping (United States)
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL BUNDLES.
All NEWVEUX bundles include complimentary ground shipping within the continental United States.
Standard Ground Shipping:
∙ Bundles: FREE (5-7 business days)
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the continental United States only. International shipping coming soon—join our waitlist at info@newveux.com to be notified when we expand.
We do not ship to:
∙ PO Boxes (at this time)
∙ APO/FPO addresses (at this time)
∙ US territories (at this time)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:
∙ Shipping confirmation email
∙ Tracking number
∙ Estimated delivery date
Track your order anytime using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Delays
While rare, occasional delays may occur due to:
∙ High volume periods (holidays, launches)
∙ Weather conditions
∙ Carrier delays beyond our control
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@newveux.com and we’ll investigate immediately.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Promise
We want you to love your NEWVEUX sandals. If they’re not quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unworn sandals for:
∙ Full refund
∙ Exchange for different size
∙ Exchange for different strap style
∙ Store credit

Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your sandals must be:
✓ Unworn – No signs of wear on soles, footbed, or straps
✓ Clean – In original condition
✓ Complete – All straps and original packaging included
✓ Within 30 days – From delivery date (not order date)
We cannot accept returns on:
∙ Worn sandals (even if only worn indoors)
∙ Sandals showing signs of use or damage
∙ Items returned after 30 days
∙ Sale or final sale items (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
STEP 1: Email us at info@newveux.com with:
∙ Your order number
∙ Reason for return/exchange
∙ Photos (if there’s a quality issue)
STEP 2: Receive Instructions
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
∙ Return authorization
∙ Return shipping label (if applicable)
∙ Instructions for packaging your return
STEP 3: Ship Your Return Package your sandals securely in the original NEWVEUX box (or similar protective packaging) and ship using the method provided.
STEP 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
∙ Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
∙ Exchanges: New item ships within 2-3 business days
∙ Store credit: Applied to your account immediately

Return Shipping Costs
Quality Issues or Our Error:
We’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Change of Mind, Size, or Style: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
TIP: Try on your sandals indoors on carpet or clean flooring first to ensure the right fit before wearing outside.

Defects & Damage
Your NEWVEUX sandals are handcrafted with care, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll make it right immediately.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you notice:
∙ Manufacturing defects
∙ Damaged straps or base
∙ Incorrect items shipped
∙ Missing components

∙ Order number
∙ Clear photos of the issue
∙ Description of the problem
We’ll respond within 24 hours with:
∙ Prepaid return label
∙ Replacement item shipped priority
∙ Full refund (if preferred)

REFUND INFORMATION
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
∙ Inspection: 1-2 business days
∙ Refund processing: 5-7 business days
∙ Bank processing: 3-10 business days (varies by institution)
Refunds are issued to:
∙ Original payment method used at checkout
∙ Same credit card, PayPal account, etc.
Refund amount includes:
∙ Full product price
∙ Original shipping costs (if return is due to our error)
Refund does NOT include:
∙ Return shipping costs (unless defective/our error)

Total timeline: 7-17 business days from when we receive your return
∙ Debit/Credit cards: 5-10 business days after we process

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If Your Package Arrives Damaged
Immediately:
1. Take photos of the damaged package and contents
2. Email info@newveux.com with photos and order number
3. Keep all packaging materials
We’ll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement immediately.

If Your Package Is Lost
If tracking shows your package is lost or stuck in transit:
Contact us at info@newveux.com if:
∙ Tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ days
∙ Package shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it
∙ Package is returned to sender
We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
